We will continue to see the on going debate during 2023 with respect to where the Housing Market is headed. It is clear that there are definite lines that have been drawn in the sand regarding who believes the Housing Market will remain steady or improve, versus those that believe we are now experiencing a Housing Correction and potential Housing Crash.
