I would like to share something with you. Something that has been troubling me for quite some time now.

As I am sure you are aware, there are some major issues going on right now with the Housing Market. Issues that have made it increasingly difficult for everyday Real Estate Investors like you and me to find deals and earn a living. In fact, it is even difficult for Retail Buyers to find an affordable home. 

I am going to start this discussion off by making a rather bold statement: We are facing another Housing Bubble.

Actually, we are not facing one, we are in a Housing Bubble right now. Un-affordability is at an all time high. We have already hit the peak, and the Housing Market is starting to slide down the other way.

I want you to realize that it’s not just me who is making that statement.

Many well educated and experienced Economists, Industry Analysts, Attorneys and others have gone on record, in print and on video, stating the same position. You can verify this for yourselves if you do a little research on the Internet.

In fact one analyst was recently interviewed and has gone on record and stated that we will see a rapid decrease in values starting in 2026, with the loss in values predicted to be as much as 50 %.

So what does all this mean for you ? Quite simply, it is way more difficult to find a deal now, especially one where there still is some margin left. 

Our mission is to help our members achieve their goals by showing them there are alternatives to the "norm" when working in the Real Estate field. 

We have the knowledge, the experience and the track record to help educate Real Estate Agents and Investors, and to assist both with working those distressed deals to closing.

Our next meeting will be scheduled in January 2026 @ 6:00 PM and will focus on the Statius of the local RE Market snd we will also delve into niche of Pre-Foreclosures / Short Sales / Foreclosures / REO's. 

Doors open at 6:00 PM and the meeting will run until 9:00 PM. There is no cost to attend this event.
